Resources for e-learning
To support you when we cannot physically visit you in the classroom, we have provided online learning strategies for use with the Energy Safe Kids program.
Click on a recorded and interactive version of our presentation slides designed for teacher use with the option to pause the recording and discuss as needed. It can also be used an e-learning course for students and their families to complete independently.
Share the presentation or e-learning course with your students at your convenience. Send home with students the Energy Safe Kids Challenge booklet, mercaptan sticker and a Household Safety Scan Form. Also, provide students with your teacher ID number for use in doing the Household Safety Scan Form. You can find this ID number in your program emails and teacher folder.
The password is found in your program emails and printed on the Online Learning Options Flier in your teacher folder.
Challenge your students to test their natural gas safety knowledge and play the “Interactive Natural Gas Safety Poster” and “Gas Dash” games found on the student page.
