Headquartered in Chester, we provide natural gas service to residential, commercial and industrial customers in 85 communities across 65 percent of Virginia. We’re one of the seven energy delivery companies of NiSource Inc., who together provide essential natural gas and electric service to nearly 4 million customers.

Giving back
We’ve been part of the communities we serve since 1847. We volunteer and provide charitable support across Virginia, primarily to organizations that share our mission of meeting basic human needs. In addition, our WarmWise program helps customers save energy and money, while our HeatShare energy assistance program helps qualifying customers make ends meet.
